Medina County Home Builders Association is an organization of developers, contractors and providers of goods and services who are committed to promoting and protecting the growth of the housing industry, and thus the welfare of its membership. 

Beliefs

 We believe that MCHBA must . . .

1.   Be an advocate for the rights of the property owner.
2.   Strive to make home ownership accessible and affordable to citizens of Medina County.
3.   Set the standars of quality for the industry.
4.   Maintain a set of ethics that will govern the behaviors of our members and the industry.
5.   Actively participate in the management of the regulatory process
6.   Educate consumers and officials about the housing industry.
7.   Exert a positive influence on the health, welfare and safety of the community.
8.   Strive to continually improve the overall process of developing new housing.
9.   Promote the housing industry as an integral part of the economic vitality of the community.
10.  Take an active role in supporting educational curriculums that will advance careers within the housing industry.
