     Medina, OH – September 14, 2026 – The BIA of Northeast Ohio and the Medina County HBA are holding Fall Parade of Homes events starting Saturday, October 3 through Sunday, October 11 with 35 entries for the event.  Northeast Ohio will literally be exploding with residential options for you to tour both in person and virtually, compare and perhaps even purchase.  Models to tour are open weekends ONLY from Noon to 5pm.  The Medina County Parade is always FREE of charge and detailed information on each Parade entry and online videos for our virtual models and basement remodel will be available to view on the Medina and BIA of NEO websites by Thursday, October 1.  For details on the BIA of NEO Parade event, visit www.bianeo.org/home-tours.

     So … what is a Parade of Homes?  It’s like a Super Open House with a boatload of options for people to see first hand.  You have the opportunity to walk through and visit a variety of new homes to compare styles, trends, communities, pricing, builders, and more – an excellent prerequisite to potentially building a new home or even putting on an addition to your existing home.  Medina County is proud to share 20 Parade entries including eleven brand new outstanding model homes scattered throughout Medina and Wayne Counties, three exciting new neighborhoods, a brand new higher end rental community, a fabulous remodeled basement and five incredible virtual single-family homes.  We’ve included a high-end rental community because more people are choosing to rent after selling the family home as it gives them more life style flexibility and little to no maintenance.

     Building a new home and even remodeling your existing home can be overwhelming with a massive amount of selections needed to make your space one-of-a-kind, but relax … most builders either have staff to assist, or partner with businesses that can help point you in the right direction or pick the perfect blend of options.  Or exercise your inner creative genie and select flooring, lights, paint colors, tops, cabinets, doors, and more.

     Medina County Parade features the following models to tour: Aspen Building Company and Drees Homes in Brunswick; Crystal Custom Homes, Drees Homes, Landmark Homes, New Leaf Homes, and Pulte Homes in Medina; Elite Designer Homes and Prestige Builder Group (2) in Wadsworth; and Schrock Custom Homes in Wooster.  Developments include Landmark Homes Station 3 and Estates at Riverbend and Pride One with Bridlewood Reserve in Sharon Township.  Virtual options include single family homes from: Artisan Building & Design, Gasser Builders, Landmark Homes and Straub Homes, a basement finish from Clement Construction, and Hidden Lakes, a brand new luxury rental community in Medina offered by Pride One/Btr Haus.
