With the Parade of Homes …

     Medina, OH – September 23, 2024 – We believe there is power in numbers so you will find coming up Saturday, October 5th through Sunday, October 13th, Northeast Ohio is exploding with new homes for you to tour, compare and perhaps even purchase.  Northcoast BIA (click here for link), the Cleveland HBA (click here for link), HBA Portage/Summit Counties (click here for link) and the Medina County HBA are all holding Parade events during these dates.  Medina County HBA and the HBA Portage/Summit joined forces to bring you the best possible Parade homes this fall.  Models are open weekends ONLY from Noon to 5pm.  This event is always FREE of charge and detailed information on each Parade entry and online videos for our virtual models and basement remodels will be available to view on the Medina and Portage/Summit websites Thursday, October 3. 

     So … what is a Parade of Homes?  It’s like a Super Open House with a boatload of options for people to see.  You have the opportunity to walk through and visit a number of new homes to compare home styles, trends, communities, pricing, builders, and more – an excellent prerequisite to potentially building a new home.  Medina County is proud to share nine brand new outstanding model homes scattered throughout Medina County, two of which are clusters. There are two exciting new communities – a high-end country estate setting and a 55+ Resort-Style Adult Community, an amazing Scandinavian-style home presented virtually, and a fabulous remodeled basement, also presented virtually.    

     Building a new home and even remodeling your existing home can be overwhelming with the huge list of selections needed to make your space one-of-a-kind, but relax … most builders either have staff to assist, or they partner with businesses that can help you pick the perfect blend of options.  You can also step out of the box, exercise your inner creative self and pick your own flooring, lights, paint colors, surfaces, cabinets, doors, and more.
