     Medina, OH – September 27, 2023 – Every year it seems our Parade of Homes event gets better and better.  It’s been a strange few years with COVID, the economy, supply chain issues, and interest rates, but this year is explosive with what we are offering the public with our Parade.  We are proud to share eight brand new outstanding models scattered throughout Medina County and just beyond, three of which are clusters and five are single-family homes.  We are also introducing new developments in three of the fastest-growing and most appealing ­­areas in the County: Medina Township, Hinckley and Brunswick Hills.  Also featured are three spectacular virtual models that were not available at the right time to be in the Parade, but we wanted to insure potential homebuyers would still be able to tour these beautiful homes.  In addition, we are excited to share two incredibly original virtual basement remodels that demonstrate how you can create a completely new living area right in your existing home.  It just doesn’t get any better. 

     Building a new home and even remodeling your existing home can be somewhat overwhelming with the huge list of selections needed to make your space one-of-a-kind, but relax … most builders either have someone on staff to assist, or they work with vendors that can help you with selections, you can bring in your own decorator, or step out of the box and exercise your inner creative self and pick your own selections.

     The 2023 Medina County Fall Parade of Homes event starts Saturday, September 30 and runs through Sunday October 15, with models open weekends ONLY from Noon to 5pm.  This event is always FREE of charge and all detailed information on each Parade entry and the online videos for our virtual models and basement remodels will be available to view on the website starting Friday, September 29^th.  On the last weekend, you can take in the Medina County Fall Foliage Tour.  Visit www.medinacountyparks.com for a downloadable map of the Fall Foliage Tour stops.

     Price points start at $379.9K on up to over $2 million plus with the ‘build from’ prices starting in the mid $300’s.  The following builders and neighborhoods are featured:  Artisan Building & Design with a virtual ranch-style cluster and new development Sunny Hollow Subdivision off Sleepy Hollow in Brunswick; Clement Construction with two separate basement remodels; Legacy Homes of Medina with a cluster model in the Villas at Blue Heron, a virtual first floor master single-family, and upscale development Rock Ridge Estates in Hinckley; W. J. Bailey Homes with development Canyon Reserve at Lake Medina Reserve; Straub Homes with a ranch-style virtual model; Schrock Custom Homes with a single-family ranch-style home near Sterling; Pulte Homes with a single-family home in Mount Eaton Estates in Wadsworth; Modern Home Concepts with a single-family home in Highlands of Sharon in Wadsworth; Prestige Builder Group with a luxury home in Forest Glen, Wadsworth; Landmark Homes with a cluster in The Links, Brunswick; and Engelke Construction Solutions LLC with a cluster in Oak Ridge Preserve, Brunswick.  This event promises visitors a true adventure, as well as a fun tour showcasing a wealth of exciting new design concepts to assist when planning your own home.

     Although the majority of builders have provided pricing for homes both ‘as built’ and ‘build from,’ due to the uncertain availability of some building components such as lumber, windows, siding, roofing and more, actual prices may be different than shown.  Please consult the builder directly for ­current pricing on a specific model.
