Medina, OH - September 23, 2025 - HBA Cleveland, HBA Portage/Summit Counties and the Medina County HBA are all holding Parade of Homes events starting Saturday October 4 through Sunday, October 12. Northeast Ohio will literally be exploding with 35 new homes (some virtual and some available to walk through) for you to tour, compare and perhaps even purchase. Models are open weekends ONLY from Noon to 5pm. The Medina County Parade is always FREE of charge and detailed information on each Parade entry and online videos for our virtual model and basement remodel will be available to view on the Medina and Portage/Summit websites by Thursday, October 2. So … what is a Parade of Homes?  It’s like a Super Open House with a boatload of options for people to see first hand.  You have the opportunity to walk through and visit a variety of new homes to compare styles, trends, communities, pricing, builders, and more – an excellent prerequisite to potentially building a new home or even an addition to your existing home.  Medina County is proud to share five brand new outstanding model homes scattered throughout Medina County, an exciting new community, a higher end rental community, a fabulous remodeled basement (presented virtually) and an outstanding single family home also presented virtually.

Building a new home and even remodeling your existing home can be overwhelming with a massive number of selections needed to make your space one-of-a-kind, but relax … most builders either have staff to assist, or partner with businesses that can help point you in the right direction or pick the perfect blend of options.  You can also exercise your inner creative self and select flooring, lights, paint colors, tops, cabinets, doors, and more.

Medina County Parade features the following entries:  Clement Construction - virtual basement remodel; Engelke Construction Solutions LLC – detached cluster ranch in Oak Ridge Preserve, Brunswick; Landmark Homes – single-family home in The Preserve at Trillium Creek, Medina and a brand new development Station 3 in Medina; Prestige Builder Group - luxury estate home in Forest Glen, Wadsworth; Pride One, LLC – The Village at Hinckley Oaks, a high-end rental community in Hinckley; Pulte Homes - single-family home in Montville Reserve in Montville Township/Medina, Straub Homes with a virtual single-family first floor master; and Yoder Builders, Ltd. with a scattered site custom home in southern Medina.
