You Can Almost Taste the Excitement of
Building a New Home!

     Medina, OH – September 19, 2022 – The sound of bulldozers, the smell of fresh wood, the coming and going of big trucks with backup alarms, and lots of construction workers – dedicated and working hard to build your new home.  There just isn’t anything more exciting than creating something you plan to live in and enjoy for many, many years.  I had the pleasure of buying a new home when I first moved to Medina County in the late 1980s.  The house was almost complete, but we still knocked out a few walls and made it the way we wanted it.  Today’s home buyer not only expects those custom touches, but demands that their home be uniquely theirs … something that no one else has and with the specific amenities that are important to them.  And that’s just fine with the builders in Medina County.  Building a new home can also be somewhat overwhelming with the incredible amount of selections needed to make your home special, but relax … most builders either have someone on staff to assist, have vendors that can help you with selections, you can bring your own decorator or do your own selections.

     We are proud to bring you the 2022 Medina County Fall Parade of Homes featuring 9 beautiful models for you to tour in several different neighborhoods throughout and just outside the county.  The event starts Saturday, October 1 and runs through Sunday October 16, weekends ONLY from Noon to 5pm and is always FREE of charge (all information available right here on the website).  Interestingly, all homes this fall are single-family, built by a variety of builders, and feature 2-stories, ranches, first floor masters, and more.  Price points start at around $430K on up to over $900K with the ‘build from’ prices starting in the mid $300’s.  The following builders and neighborhoods are featured:  Artisan Building & Design by Michael A. Hudak in Blue Ridge Estates, Wadsworth; Drees Homes with two models – one in Wexford, Brunswick Hills and the other in Windfall Estates, Medina; Gasser Builders, Inc. in Colonial Hills, Wadsworth; Landmark Homes with a model in The Preserve at Trillium Creek in Medina; Legacy Homes of Medina, Inc. with a model in The Trails at Redwood Falls, Hinckley; and Pulte Homes with 2 models in Emerald Woods, Columbia Station.  All of these homes promise visitors a spectacular and fun tour with a lot of exciting design concepts to help you when planning your own home.

     Although builders have provided pricing for these homes both ‘as built’ and ‘build from,’ due to the temporary instability of available building components such as lumber, windows, siding, roofing and more, actual prices may be different than shown.  Please consult the builder directly for any updated pricing information for a specific model
